Once your order is packed, dispatched, or handed over to our delivery partner, cancellation may not be possible.

3. Cancellation Time Period

Cancellation requests should be made within:

or before shipment confirmation, whichever comes first.

After dispatch, customers may follow our Return & Refund Policy (if applicable).

4. Refund After Cancellation

If your prepaid order cancellation is approved:

depending on the bank/payment gateway processing time.

5. Cash On Delivery (COD) Cancellation

For COD orders:

Customers are requested to cancel before dispatch if they no longer wish to receive the product.

Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may affect future COD order eligibility.

Debprisha reserves the right to cancel an order due to:

  • Payment issues

  • Delivery location restrictions

If a prepaid order is cancelled by Debprisha, a full refund will be processed.
